Welcoming Boyd Morningstar

During my recent visit to Bend, Oregon, I had the wonderful opportunity to capture precious moments during a family and newborn session with Ellen and her family. Ellen, a local student midwife and cowboy mama, welcomed me into their home to document this moment in their lives. Despite the chilly, overcast weather, our day began with a visit to the horses on their property, before transitioning to the warmth of their cozy bedroom. It was so special to witness such tender moments as their newborn baby, Boyd, nursed and nestled in for a sweet family cuddle session.
