Birth isn't just a medical event. It's a sacred transition, and it only happens once for every baby you bring into the world. I work with families across Orlando and Central Florida, offering cinematic documentary-style birth photography, intimate birth films, and calm, continuous labor support. Whether you're planning a home birth, hospital birth, birth center delivery, VBAC, or scheduled cesarean, I honor your space and capture the story however it unfolds.
My approach is quiet and editorial. I read the room, follow the light, and know when to step in versus when to simply witness. I can shoot in very low light, so your birth space stays undisturbed, and I move alongside your midwife, OB, and nurses instead of getting in their way.
What you receive is an honest record of your birth. The moments you remember, the moments you missed, and everything in between. Photographs that bring you back to the day you met your baby.
Hi, I'm Emily.
I am an award-winning, certified, fully accredited birth photographer, and I've spent more than 7 years documenting and supporting births, having attended more than 150 “birth-days”.
I'm also a certified labor and birth doula, which means I understand birth beyond the camera. I know birth, how to work respectfully alongside nurses, midwives, and physicians, and how to move through birth spaces without becoming a distraction.
Whether I'm there as your photographer or as both your photographer and doula, my priority is the same. Support you, respect your birth space, and document your baby's birth artfully and honestly.

How it works
Step 1
Consultation
We'll meet for about 30 minutes to talk about your birth, answer your questions, and make sure we're a good fit.
Step 2
Reserve Your Due Date
Choose your package, sign your contract, and pay your retainer.
Step 3
On Call
Beginning at 37 weeks, I'm available around the clock until labor begins.
Step 4
Birth Day
I document your labor, birth, and your baby's first hours without hourly limits.
Step 5
Delivery
Sneak peeks arrive within 48 hours.
Your full gallery follows in 3 to 4 weeks.
Birth films are delivered in 6 to 8 weeks.
