EMILY SANTI — CENTRAL FLORIDA — BIRTH PHOTOGRAPHER, VIDEOGRAPHER, & DOULA

Your birth deserved

to be remembered.

Black and white photo of a woman with wet hair, wearing hoop earrings and a high-neck top, looking into the distance with a serious expression.

I'm Emily Santi. I photograph and film births, and I work as a doula for families in Orlando and across Central Florida. I'm a Birth Becomes You certified and IAPBP accredited birth photographer, and for more than seven years I've been showing up for families on what I call their birth-day, over 150 of them so far.

I photograph home births, hospital births, birth center births, every setting, every kind of labor. Every mother's birth is different, and I photograph it exactly as it happens for her. No two stories are the same, and every one matters.

Frequently asked Q’S

When should I book a birth photographer?

Most families book with me between 15 and 20 weeks. I take a limited number of due dates each month so that being on call means being genuinely available. If you're further along, ask anyway — late dates sometimes open.

What happens if I go into labor early?

I'm on call from 37 weeks, and for early labor before that, I keep a vetted backup birth photographer briefed on your story. You are never left without coverage.

Do you travel outside Orlando?

I serve all of Central Florida — Winter Park, Windermere, Winter Garden, Clermont, Lake Nona, Sanford, and Mount Dora are all included. Travel beyond a 60-mile radius is available with a small travel fee.

How much does birth photography cost?

Preserving your birth story is an investment in memories you’ll return to for a lifetime. Birth photography collections begin at $2,000 and include options for full birth coverage, cinematic films, Fresh 48 sessions, maternity, and doula support. A complete personalized quote is provided after your consultation.

Can you be my doula and my photographer?

Yes! Many families choose exactly that. As a certified, trained birth doula, I put the camera down whenever hands are needed. It also means one familiar person in the room instead of two.

Do you attend hospital births?

Absolutely. From AdventHealth Orlando and Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies to AdventHealth Celebration, Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, South Lake Hospital, and beyond, I'm experienced in documenting births across Central Florida. I also attend birth center and home births.
